Yes! Valuepac offers free delivery for orders over $149 in North Island, but if you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so from our distribution centres in Auckland. Simply:

  • Select the “Pick up” option at checkout and choose Auckland South or Auckland West. Allow 2 hours for processing.
  • If placing an order via email or phone, let our team know you’d like to pick it up.

We operate two distribution centres:

  • West Auckland: 12 Pihoihoi Place, Hobsonville
  • South Auckland: 25 Rennie Drive, Mangere

No, but our full product range is available online. If you're in Auckland, you can pick up your order from one of our warehouses.

Depending on what you use packaging tape for & the environment you work in, some tapes will work better than others.

Polyprop tape with acrylic adhesive
Good for normal or low temperatures & cold storage, dry surfaces. Usually lowest cost per roll.

Polyprop tape with Hot Melt Adhesive
Great for general purpose carton sealing, stronger than most acrylic adhesives.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days.
  • Rural delivery: 3-7 working days.
  • Free shipping on orders over $149 in North Island.

Orders under $149:

  • North Island: $8.00 per order
  • South Island: $15.00 per order

Currently, weonly ship within New Zealand.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned items. For full details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order hasn't been processed, you can update your address by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot modify the details.

  • Powerwrap: Ideal for heavy or irregular loads, more puncture-resistant.
  • Acrylic adhesive polyprop tape: Best for low temperatures & cold storage.
  • Hot melt adhesive polyprop tape: Stronger, great for general carton sealing.
