Valuepac Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st of April 2025

Thank you for shopping with Valuepac. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.


1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been customized or personalized.


2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless otherwise agreed.


3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@valuepac.co.nz before sending the item back.


4. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
Our return and refund policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which provides consumer rights regarding faulty or misrepresented products. If a product is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.


5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at sales@valuepac.co.nz. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
